Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mimosarwm.co.uk. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
